Camping sites are assigned in order of arrival and all persons must be present at the time of check-in.
You must have a concert ticket to be at the campground and will be searched at check-in.
VEHICLES:
One (1) vehicle pass is included with your camping ticket.
No re-entry on campground opening or closing day.
You will be required to purchase an additional campground ticket if you exceed the campsite dimensions.
CAMPING TICKET:
Camping tickets are valid for the entire duration of the event weekend. For multi-day events, we do not sell single day camping tickets.
Camping upgrades are available on-site during the check-in, if inventory is available.
Camping ticket does not include event admission.
NO refunds are offered & camping passes are non-transferable.

RVs are allowed in Standard Camping, Premier Camping, Terrace Camping, Front Yard Camping & The Grove RV Park.

If you are of age, alcohol is permitted within the confines of the campground at your individual campsite.
No open containers or alcohol consumption is allowed in public areas (i.e. pathway to the venue or on the roads).
Yes, Honey Bucket provides standard RV servicing for an additional fee. Waste removal is $150 and water fills are $175 including sales tax. Availability is subject to scheduling and them being able to drive close to the RV.

Yes, shuttles are available from the campgrounds to the venue. Please check back closer to your show date for additional information.
What amenities are included?
Amenities include locking entrance with two outdoor chairs, bistro table, two indoor chairs, side table, rug, mattress and frame with linen sheet set and 1 towel per person. Outside of your bell tent, you will have access to air-conditioned showers and restrooms, access to a beautiful lounge area and a dedicated entrance into the venue.
What will you need to provide when you arrive?
You will need to provide the email associated with the reservation, your name, your event ticket, and your Oasis ticket.
What’s included in the Oasis Lounge?
The lounge features a shaded 30x30 marquee tent with comfortable seating. Here is where you will find concierge staff, morning breakfast, coffee, and the outdoor kitchen area. WiFi is available in the lounge.
Is there parking included in my Oasis reservation?
Free parking for ONE vehicle is included with your Oasis tent purchase. We offer additional parking for a fee. Information on how and when to purchase an extra parking space will be in your pre-arrival email.
What options are there for food and cooking at the Oasis?
We provide a light buffet breakfast every morning and there are food trucks in the Main Camping areas, but we still recommend that you bring your own food for your stay at Oasis. You will have exclusive access to two large gas grills, one flattop grill, microwave, stovetop burners, a boiling water urn, two bay sink, cooking utensils, plastic cutlery and paper plates.
Can you accommodate different dietary requirements for the provided breakfast?
Yes, we always have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available, just ask the breakfast attendant. If you have any other dietary requirements, please let us know so we can accommodate them by replying to the pre-arrival email that is sent out 1-2 weeks before the show.
Are there coolers available for rent?
There are a limited number of coolers available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis and one complimentary bag of ice is provided per day. Additional ice can be purchased at the concierge office at the Oasis for $8 per bag.
Is there power in the glamping tents?
There is a power strip with outlets provided in all Oasis tents. The power strip can accommodate phones, laptops, CPAP machines, and other low-voltage items. High-voltage items such as hair dryers should not be used inside the tent. NOTE: There is power in all restrooms/showers and the dressing/makeup tent for high-voltage use.
Can my friends who aren’t staying at the Oasis visit us there?
ONLY Oasis campers are allowed access to the Oasis Campground and must show a wristband upon entry (and re-entry). This is strictly enforced.

Each Terrace cottage-style tent comes complete with bedding, furniture, a cooler, fan, lamp, and power for cell phone charging. Amenities include dedicated parking, 24-hour security and concierge, private showers, handwash stations, flushable restrooms, barbecue grill, coffee and pastries each morning and private shuttles to and from The Gorge.
Policies and additional information: The Terraces are limited to a maximum of 2 people per site. Recreational vehicles are strictly prohibited. If you have an additional vehicle, The Terraces Parking passes are available for purchase upon entry. The Terrace campground is private for Terrace guests only.
