Glamping Options

• Amenities include locking entrance with two outdoor chairs, bistro table, two indoor chairs, side table, rug, mattress and frame with linen sheet set and 1 towel per person. Outside of your bell tent, you will have access to air-conditioned showers and restrooms, access to a beautiful lounge area and a dedicated entrance into the venue. 
• You will need to provide the email associated with the reservation, your name, your event ticket, and your Oasis ticket. 
• Free parking for ONE vehicle is included with your Oasis tent purchase. We offer additional parking for a fee, information on how and when to purchase an extra parking space will be in your pre-arrival email.
• There is a power strip with outlets provided in all Oasis tents. High-voltage items such as hair dryers should not be used inside the tent. NOTE: There is power in all restrooms for high-voltage use.
• The lounge features a shaded 30x30 marquee tent with comfortable seating. Here is where you will find concierge staff, morning breakfast, coffee, and the outdoor kitchen area. WiFi is available in the lounge.
• We provide a light breakfast every morning and there are food trucks in the Plaza and Main Camping areas, but we still recommend that you bring your own food for your stay at Oasis. You will have exclusive access to 2 large gas grills, 3 bay sinks, cooking utensils, plastic cutlery and paper plates. We also have some coolers available for use on site (limited quantity, first come, first serve).

• ONLY Oasis campers are allowed access to the Oasis Campground and must show a wristband upon entry (and re-entry).

• Each Terrace cottage-style tent comes complete with bedding, furniture, a cooler, fan, lamp, and power for cell phone charging. Amenities include dedicated parking, 24-hour security and concierge, private showers, handwash stations, flushable restrooms, barbecue grill, coffee and pastries each morning and private shuttles to and from The Gorge.

  Policies and additional information: The Terraces are limited to a maximum of 2 people per site. Recreational vehicles are strictly prohibited. If you have an additional vehicle, The Terraces Parking passes are available for purchase upon entry. The Terrace campground is private for Terrace guests only.

• Check in times depend on the event, please check your glamping ticket for opening times. Check-out is at 12pm on the final day of camping. All occupants must be present at time of check in.
• Quiet time is from 2:00am to 8:00am and is strictly enforced. No generators, music, or loud activities are permitted after 2:00am.

SITES:

• Admission of up to (6) six people / per Standard Camping, Premier Camping, The Grove RV Park, Terrace Camping & Front Yard Camping sites. For Glamping admissions, please visit here.

• Camping sites are assigned in order of arrival and all persons must be present at the time of check-in.

• You must have a concert ticket to be at the campground and will be searched at check-in.

VEHICLES:

• One (1) vehicle pass is included with your camping ticket.

• No re-entry on campground opening or closing day.

• You will be required to purchase an additional campground ticket if you exceed the campsite dimensions.

CAMPING TICKET:

• Camping tickets are valid for the entire duration of the event weekend. For multi-day events, we do not sell single day camping tickets.

• Camping upgrades are available on-site during the check-in, if inventory is available.

• Camping ticket does not include event admission.

• NO refunds are offered & camping passes are non-transferable.

• Ice for purchase at General Store(s) and The Pivot. Please come prepared with means to transport large bags to your designated camping site

However, Service Animals are permitted. (Emotional support animals are not considered Service Animals in the State of Washington and are not allowed entry to the campgrounds or Amphitheatre) - Ref WA State Law - RCW 49.60.040.

RVs are allowed in Standard Camping, Premier Camping, Terrace Camping, Front Yard Camping & The Grove RV Park.

No. Reserving spots will not be permitted.

Yes, there is! We have two locations; located at Gate D & east of the Box Office, or closest to Front Yard Camping.

All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay. Neither store offers tents and other large camping supplies.

If you are of age, alcohol is permitted within the confines of the campground at your individual campsite.

No open containers or alcohol consumption is allowed in public areas (i.e. pathway to the venue or on the roads).

Yes, Honey Bucket provides standard RV servicing for an additional fee. Waste removal is $150 and water fills are $175 including sales tax. Availability is subject to scheduling and them being able to drive close to the RV.

If you exceed the dimensions of your campsite you will be required to purchase an additional camping ticket.
